The Briercrest Heritage Day

The community of Briercrest came together this year to plan and organize the Briercrest Heritage Day and made it a huge success!Many hands from several organizations in the community made the load lighter for all and enabled us to have the best Heritage Day ever!
Activities included:
- Show ‘n’ Shine vintage vehicle display
- A slo-pitch tournament
- Beer gardens
- Children's activities including bouncy castles
- Old Tyme music, museum tours, dry camping
- Cowboy poetry, olden day crafts and demonstrations
- First Nations Dancers

| We will start with a couple of vehicles from the 1920's. This 1928 Ford Model A owned by Larry Watkins | and a 1926 Ford Model T owned by Merv Gadd. |

| The next era was from the 1950's including this 1954 Chev Belair. | And a 1956 Chevy Bel Air owned by Grant Kitts. |

| A 1953 Buick owned by Kirk Ashworth. | The 1960's A 1962 Studebaker Grand Turismo. |
A 1963 Pontiac Laurentian. Also a 1965 Oldsmobile Cutlass owned by Larry & Pat Butz.
A couple of Ford Galaxies - a red 1967 .................. and a light brown 1968.
There was a 1969 Olds Cutlass..................... and a 1971 Nova.
A couple of vintage 1/2 tons - A 1972 Chev Cheyenne .................. and a 1980 GMC High Sierra.
| There was a large selection of home made pies with ice cream for sale . | And a beer Gardens. |
There was a concession stand ..............and bouncy castles for the kids.
